Would you feel jealous if someone you knew won the lottery?
its in the low millions range million after tax. would the amount of winning change the way you feel in terms of jealousy?

Of course, especially if the person hadnt been productive in life, then got millions by chance. Id be furiously jealous! Nice to their face though, Id expect a good two grands worth of presents D
