Would you rather doubt and be right OR Trust and be wrong. And WHY?
Answer
Id rather trust and be wrong. Selfrespect entails respect for ones fellow humans. Then intelligence requires honing judgement by observation. But trust itself should surely come initially from observation and judgement based on intelligence and experience. Ultimately however Id rather make a mistake and learn from it than live with paranoia.
